THOMAS MULCAIR IS VOTED OUT AS THE NEW DEMOCRATIC PARTY LEADER

The party defeat in the last federal election in Canada created instability within the NDP . This led delegates at a party gathering in Edmonton,Calgary,Canada voted 52 per cent for a convention to choose a new leader. Mulcair said he would step aside as head of the party, but not until a replacement is named.
