Wrongful convictions in the United States is common and unstoppable soon due to the fact that many people are convicted or guilty until proven innocent after spending many years in prison for crimes they have not done. For example, I have been following American Justice System for sometimes and I have found out that there is a pattern of unintentional wrongful convictions of innocent people being thrown behind bars and after decades, the authorities discover they have wrong people in prisons.
A prisoner set free after two decades in prison for crime he did not commit. 53 year old Darren Dunking was greeted by his family and friends. He was released on Tuesday, April 26,2016 from South Point prison in Indiana . DNA evidence cleared Mr. Darren from sexual assault case in 1989.
