A 60-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a Logan teenager who disappeared more than a month ago.
The body of 16-year-old Tiffany Taylor is yet to be found but detectives investigating her disappearance charged the 60-year-old with one count of murder on Thursday night.
He is due to front Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Friday morning.
Tiffany was last seen leaving a motel in the Logan suburb of Waterford West about 11.45am on Sunday, July 12.
She has not been seen or heard from since.
Police are continuing to search for the teenager’s remains and have appealed to the public for assistance to find her.
Detectives investigating Tiffany’s alleged murder are due to update the media at 1pm.
