The current leader of the NDP(New Democratic Party) in Canada is facing leadership battle of his political future that will be decided by more than 1,500 delegates from across Canada who are meeting in Edmonton,Calgary,Canada. These delegates will cast their votes on whether the current Part’s leader remain or go and eventually elect someone else.
Some of the delegates are disappointed with Mr. Mulcair’s leadership, especially in the last federal elections in which the party lost its position as the main opposition party in the Canadian Parliament and ended up in a third place.Mr. Mulcair admitted that he made mistake and take responsibility after bad election loss in the last October’s election and also said that the party should open its door to everyone to be a member.
